TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are concluded between Old2 (old2.com.tr) and the users of the service. By creating an account or using the service, the user is deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Old2 provides a free online game service accessible via the internet. Old2 reserves the right to determine, change or discontinue the scope, content and features of the service at any time.

An account is required to use the service. Users must provide accurate information during registration and must be at least 13 years old; minors should use the service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; the sale, purchase or sharing of accounts is prohibited. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account and for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Old2 will never ask for your password.

The service is provided solely for personal use, under a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use. Modifying the game client, reverse engineering, or using the service outside the officially provided means is prohibited.

All in-game items, currencies and premium currency (Dragon Coins) are virtual content belonging to the service. Users are granted only a limited right of use; virtual items have no real-world monetary value. Buying or selling virtual items, currency or accounts outside the game is strictly prohibited. Virtual content may be changed, rebalanced or removed as part of the operation of the service.

Users must comply with applicable law and the Game Rules when using the service. The use of unauthorized third-party software, automation, exploitation of errors and any behavior that disrupts other users is prohibited.

All content within the service is protected. No content may be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission. Any third-party trademarks and content used in the game belong to their respective owners; Old2 Mobile is an independent service and is not affiliated with those rights holders.

Old2 may interrupt the service for maintenance or technical reasons, with or without prior notice. The service is provided "as is"; no guarantee is given that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. No refund obligation arises from service interruptions or changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Old2 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including data loss, interruptions or loss of virtual content.

In the event of a breach of these Terms or the Game Rules, Old2 may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice. Termination of the account does not give rise to any right of refund or compensation.
