GAME RULES
These rules apply to all Old2 users and aim to maintain a fair and safe gaming environment. By using the service, the user is deemed to have accepted these rules.
The account holder is responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials must not be shared with third parties; consequences arising from account sharing are the responsibility of the account holder.
The use of any third-party software, automation tool or method that provides an unfair advantage or automates gameplay is strictly prohibited. Abusing game errors instead of reporting them falls within the same scope. Such violations may result in permanent account termination.
- Insults, harassment, threats and hate speech are prohibited.
- Racism and discrimination of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Political and religious propaganda is prohibited.
- Spam, advertising and promoting other services are prohibited.
Deceiving other users in trades or exchanges is prohibited. Reports submitted with supporting evidence are reviewed and sanctions are applied where necessary.
Buying or selling in-game items, currency or accounts for real money or any value outside the game is strictly prohibited and results in permanent termination of all accounts involved.
Using multiple accounts to abuse events, rewards or rankings, or to circumvent a restriction, is prohibited. In such cases sanctions may be applied to all linked accounts.
Impersonating Old2 staff is prohibited and results in permanent account termination. Staff will never ask users for their passwords.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, a warning, temporary restriction, permanent account termination or device/connection-level restriction may be applied. Serious violations may directly result in permanent termination. Decisions are made by taking the full context of the incident into account.
Users who believe a sanction was applied unfairly may appeal by writing to support@old2.com.tr with their account name and any supporting evidence.
