PRIVACY POLICY

Old2 (old2.com.tr) attaches importance to the security of its users' personal data. This policy explains what data is processed within the scope of the service, for what purposes, and the rights of users.

Usage records	In-game transaction and activity records
Payment records	Transaction records related to purchases; payment instrument details are not stored by Old2

Data is processed for the purposes of providing and operating the service, creating and securing accounts, maintaining a fair gaming environment, carrying out support and moderation activities, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Personal data is not sold or rented to third parties. Data may only be shared with competent authorities in cases of legal obligation, and with infrastructure and service providers used for the provision of the service, to a limited and proportionate extent.

Data is retained for as long as the account is active and for the periods required by applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Appropriate technical and administrative measures are taken to protect personal data. Connections to the website are encrypted and access to data is restricted.

Users may submit requests regarding access to, correction or deletion of their personal data to support@old2.com.tr from the e-mail address linked to their account. Deletion of account data also means deletion of the game account; users can also delete their account themselves (section 9).

The Old2 Mobile application (Android and iOS) processes, in addition to the above: the account username and account PIN for signing in; a technical device identifier used to recognise the device and to protect the account; device model, operating system version, memory and frame-rate information collected as performance and crash reports to keep the game running well; and in-game chat and messages for moderation and the enforcement of the game rules. The application shows no advertising and contains no third-party analytics or advertising software. Data is transmitted only to Old2's own servers over encrypted connections and is not shared with third parties.

Users can delete their account themselves at any time: old2.com.tr › My Account › Delete Account (the Settings › Delete my account button in the application leads to the same page). The request waits 7 days and can be cancelled during that time; afterwards the account details, characters, items and balances are permanently deleted and the account record is anonymised. Payment transaction records that must be kept by law are retained for the statutory period without being linked to the user's identity.

Old2 may update this policy when necessary; updates take effect upon publication on the website.
