DATA PROTECTION NOTICE (GDPR)

This notice explains how Old2 (old2.com.tr) processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for users in Türkiye, Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data Controller

The data controller is the operator of Old2 (old2.com.tr). For all data protection matters: support@old2.com.tr

2. Categories of Personal Data

Identity and contact: username, e-mail address.
Technical: IP address, technical device identifiers, session information.
Usage: in-game transaction and activity records.
Financial: transaction records related to purchases.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

4. Data Transfers

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties, except with competent authorities in cases of legal obligation and with infrastructure and service providers used for the provision of the service, to a limited extent and under appropriate safeguards. Data may be processed on servers located in different countries where the service is hosted.

5. Retention

Personal data is retained while the account is active and thereafter only for as long as required by law or necessary for the resolution of disputes; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

6. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–21)

Access: obtain information about the personal data processed.
Rectification: have inaccurate data corrected.
Erasure: request deletion of your data.
Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection and restriction: object to or restrict certain processing.
Complaint: lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Exercising Your Rights

Requests should be sent to support@old2.com.tr from the e-mail address linked to the account so that identity can be verified. Requests are answered without undue delay and at the latest within one month.
