ACCOUNT DELETION

You can delete your Old2 account yourself at any time. Deletion is done on the website; the Settings › Delete my account button in the app brings you to this page as well.

1. Log in to the website with your account.
2. Open the Delete Account card at the bottom of the My Account page.
3. Enter your password (and your 2FA or e-mail code if enabled), tick the confirmation box and press Delete My Account.
4. The request waits 7 days; you can cancel it from the My Account page during that time. When the period ends, the account is permanently deleted.

Your account details (username, e-mail, password, security and device records), all characters, items and EP balances are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Purchased EP is not refunded. Payment transaction records are kept only for the legally required period, without being linked to your identity.

If one of your characters leads a guild, hand the guild over or disband it; close any open shop. The request is not accepted while these are open.
